About new PEGA 7 CIS self learning course
Hi,
I wanted to know when new pega 7 CIS(Certified Integration Specialist) course would be available for self learning purpose once Certified Integration Specialist 6.2 (CIS) retires on February 28, 2015?When can we start appearing for new pega 7 CIS certification and how much would it be diffrent(Course,Excercises,Topic) from the older Pega 6.2 CIS course?

Please accept our apologies for not responding sooner.
The CIS 6.2 exam was retired on 28-FEB-2015, but all 6.2 certifications earned remain valid even though the exams have been retired.
There is not currently a Pega 7 Integration Specialist course available on Pega Academy. I'll research to see if/when such a course may be available. Any certification exam would not be available until after the course is released.

Hi Rajnish,
We currently do not have an Integration Specialist 7.1 course on the roadmap. With the combination of the senior system architect and lead system architect courses on Pega 7, there is a good amount of content on integration. Any gaps not covered in those courses will be filled with PDN articles since covering many different types of integrations tends to be very specialized. I would very much like to hear your suggestion on what type of integration content you are looking for.

Hi Holger,
It would be too early for me to appear for CLSA certification and I was just curious to know whether a CIS certification in Pega 7 would be available in near future. Please let me know.

There are no current plans to have a Certified Integration Specialist (CIS) certification on Pega 7 available.

Hi Holger Zwickau,
Thanks for the information. Hope till now there are no plans to make Integration Specialist (CIS) on pega available. But however i would like to know about the plan for the below Certifications
1. Reporting Specialist(7.1)
2. UI specialist(7.1)
The UI specailist(7.1) PDN course is available but the certification is not yet enabled in Peasron VUE website.

Hi Sireesha,
There are no current plans to offer a reporting certification for 7.1. We will however offer the UI specialist certification which is targeted for public availability in early September.
