Summary panel - Cosmos page layout - Collapsible

Is there a way to make the Summary panel collapsible/expandable to mimic the behavior of the Utility panel? 

I see a 'similar' question out there at this link (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/impact-collapsing-summary-panel-cosmos-application-85) but it seemed like they wanted to collapse it permanently. Our customer wants the 'flexibility' to expand collapse on demand.

@DilipChandru the summary panel can be expanded / collapsed at runtime in theme-Cosmos 3.0 in Pega 8.6 - there is a demo available here of the functionality https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/whats-new-pega-platform/enhance-case-processing-experience-theme-cosmos-applications-86
