How to unlock ruleset
I installed Pega Personal Edition but when I want to create an Case Type. It has error message: "
Ruleset—No unlocked Rulesets/Versions found that are valid for this record. Unlock at least one Ruleset/Version that can contain records of this type."
How can I unlock a ruleset and what is default password for unlocking that?

Please go to the application definition and try to unlock the application rulesets if you know the password or else please add a new application ruleset and save the application definition.

By default, 01-01-01 version of ruleset will be unlocked. until and unless we lock it.
In the case creation window, please check the case context, which ruleset was selected.
Can you please attach the complete screenshot for detailed reference.
