Changes made in exercises not showing up when verifying as Sales Rep

I'm currently going through the Pega Sales Automation Essentials Version 8 course. I noticed that the past few exercises (starting around module 6) are not 'sticking' working properly in the Cloud instance. When I get to the verification steps (i.e. logging in as a Sales Rep to see the changes made), the changes are not reflected. Is there something going on with the Cloud instance that is preventing the changes from working as expected?

I am sorry that no one responded to this post earlier. I am tying up loose ends and wanted to see if you are still encountering the issue? In addition, I would like you to know we have an all-new Pega Academy website that has been updated with new content and themes. If you are still having issues I would recommend heading out to the new site and registering for the course through the new website.
