Exercise: Configuring a case type : Verify your work step 7

Hi,

The course is System Architect Essentials Version: 8

While working on Exercise: Configuring a case type when I reached the 7 under verify your work, I am unable to select "Approval" to approve or reject the case.

Appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Thanks a lot for resolving this issue. 

Anyone reading this thread, I had setting of route to a specific user, instead of Work queue that created issue.
