UI Modifications according to Template

The Template for the section i am trying to develop is uploaded with this post but i am unable to make the box format in the section. Each boxes in the template will contain the Property Field name and the property Field Value. So each box will contain two values. If anyone has any idea how to make the section please do share your method of approach and the reference of that approach (if any). I am working on Pega 7.1.9.
