How can I use a skin rule with conditions?
For example, I want to change the font color according to a condition. How to achieve this?

Depending upon what you are trying to accomplish there are many different ways to apply different font colors depending upon conditions.
For example you might have a chart and you depending upon certain conditions you might want to change the color of the chart dynamically. Red-Yellow-Green for example.
I guess it would depend upon your business scenario.
Remember that Skin rules can be circumstanced so you could provide different types of fonts as well as many different styles by circumstancing the Skin rule.
Hope this helps,
