decimal seprator should change according to locale

hi,

I have requirement where I need to change the decimal value seprator with diferent locale e.g if I select 'EN' as a Locale then decimal value seperated by dot and when my locale changed to 'DE' it would be seperated by comma.

Currently In my application for EN and DE locale decimal is seperated by dot. this I want to change to comma automatically.This I want to achieve without use of ReplaceAll function.

How to achieve this?

How are you testing the local change?  Via the Locale Setting in UI Menu (Designer Studio) operator locale or changing the locale of the browser?
