Localization issue with Decimal value in a Repeat Grid - Pega 7.1.7

We are facing an issue with Decimal value which is displaying in a repeat grid. The error displays - is not a valid decimal, when tab out or submit a value in a screen after entering the value in French for example 10.12 will be displayed like 10.12 in french - dot is considered as comma in french.

Property is a Decimal Type

Display Value in Number format

This has a Use Validate - IsNonNegativeNonZero
Also has Event Actions - Post value and Refresh the current row

Please help if somebody had a similar experience
