How to auto close a case,which is not having any assignments
Hi, I would like to auto close a sub case, for example; i have a parent case A and based on fill-up information of parent case A i have to create the sub case B and close automatically.
options tried:
1. added decision shape in the flow next to start shape and based on condition directly pointing to end shape, this didn't work.(pyCommit error coming)
2. pxForceCaseClose activity tried.
3.pxDeleteAssignmentsForWork

i do not have exact error now, but it is saying some DB kind of error(Like SQL......)

here close means you want to resolve-close it then the 2nd option should have worked. Also even in 1st option you could have updated the status in end shape to resolve the case, this should be in child case B.

Could you share the configuration screenshots for both option 1 and 2. Ideally option 2 should have worked without any specific setting. Where exactly are you calling pxForceCaseClose ?
What was the pyCommit error that occurred when you tried option 1?
