Help with Configuring Embedded DocuSign Signing in Pega
Hi Pega Community,
I’m working on integrating embedded DocuSign signing within a Pega case. I understand that to enable embedded signing, I need to set the clientUserId in the envelope recipient definition and then call the Recipient View API to generate the signing URL.
Has anyone successfully implemented embedded signing inside Pega? Any advice or pointers to Pega-specific documentation or examples would be really helpful!

To enable embedded DocuSign signing in Pega, first create the envelope and set the clientUserId for the recipient, which tells DocuSign that signing will happen inside your Pega app. After the envelope is created and sent, call the DocuSign “Recipient View” API to get the signing URL. This URL can be opened in a new tab or shown in an iframe in your case screen. You can use a Pega activity or data transform to make this API call and handle the response. Make sure your authentication profile and connector rules are properly set up in Pega to connect with DocuSign. Always use “sent” status envelopes before calling the Recipient View API. You can test this in the DocuSign sandbox first before moving to production. This allows users to sign documents directly within the Pega case without leaving the app

From pega side you just need gets the data from the user and populate to the docusign properties like recipients, eventnotifications etc and hit the api.
