Migrating an embedded Stream service to external Kafka

Hello Team

We are in process of migrating our existing Pega(v8.8.3) embedded Stream service to external Kafka using the support docment provided under "https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/deployment/externalization-of-services/migrate-to-external-kafka.html"

Upgrade got successful but still external Kafka is not reflecing in Pega. I need support to understand the issue.
