Symptoms
After upgrading to Pega Infinity 25.1.1 or 25.1.2, database table usage data is not available in the Tables tab on the System resources > Database landing page in Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC).
Errors
The following warning message is displayed:
Warning. Push DB Table Usage Data Information agent that feed tables data to PDC stopped running since <date>.
Environments
The problem occurs on Pega Platform versions Infinity 25.1.1 and 25.1.2.
Solution
To resolve this issue, perform the following actions:
Install the updated product rule component
- Download the product rule component for your Pega Platform version. The versions are listed in the RAP Matrix table.
- Use the Import wizard to install the product rule component. Ensure you use a secured login URL, for example, https.
