The PushJVMMetrics connector is slow.

Environments

The problem occurs on Pega Platform versions 8.5.x - '24.

Solution

1. Download the product rule component for your Pega Platform version. The versions are listed in the RAP Matrix table.
2. Use the Import Wizard to install the product rule:
   1. Go to Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Import.
   2. Upload the zip file:
      • Click Choose File and select the downloaded PushJVMMetrics zip file.
      • Click Next to begin the import process.
   3. Follow the import steps:
      • Review the import contents and ensure the correct rulesets and versions are selected.
      • Click Finish to complete the import.
