FusionCharts license has expired

Issue

Users are unable to view reporting charts or widgets and have lost reporting functions. Output charts are blurred displaying water mark with an error. This issue occurs for users using legacy FusionCharts reporting after updating to Pega Infinity 25.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update to Pega Infinity 25.
  2. Use FusionCharts 4.0.2 for reporting.

Root Cause

The issue arises from a licensing bug in the FusionCharts library, which can lead to an 'unlicensed' error message after the upgrade.

Solution

For Pega Platform 25.1.1 users

Apply HFix-C4072.

For Pega Platform 25.1.0

Apply HFix-C4073.

Note: Pega recommends users who are using FusionCharts to transition to Pega Insights.
