Hi Everyone,
I created report definition, it works on dev but did not work on sat. I dont understand why ? If I run it manually it returns values but when I call it into activty it did not. I controlled activity security tab and require auth is unchecked.

Are you running it via any different portal, if yes, Can you please check whether the access roles given to the operator fulfills the requirement to run it.

"it works on dev but did not work on sat", I am presuming "sat" as another environment.
Observe the differences if any, for access groups & roles for Dev & Sat.
I have the suspicion that there is some difference between both the environment. It could be possible that the operator in the not-working(Sat) is missing some access role.
Access group should have access roles which will have prodlevel(5)(or as per your environment which level you're facing the issue) to view report and others.

There is a difference in Open Rules, Modify Rules and Delete Rules values in one of the 'Access of role to object' rule.

1)From both environment open the operator access group and the roles provided to it .
2)Now compare the access roles and privileges provided to it then you can identify the root cause .
3)you can run the tracer as well to check the steps executed in both working and non-working scenarios .
Hope you got some insight into this how to troubleshoot the issue .
