You are attempting to invoke a deprecated menu control which is not supported in the Pega Mobility Cient.

Hello,

We have successfully upgraded our application from 6.3 SP1 to 7.3. We are getting below alert while clicking on the designer studio, operator id, launch menu etc. can you please advise what is the issue here and how to resolve this?

You are attempting to invoke a deprecated menu control which is not supported in the Pega Mobility Cient. Please contact your system administrator to have this fixed.

We found the root cause. Able to resolve this issue today. There was a rule pega_ui_harness_deferred type of static content Bundle copied into our application from ootb ruleset which was causing the issue. 

We did compare the rule and found that there are no changes. Then deleted the rule from our application ruleset.

Now we are able to click on any button/link!!

Thanks for your reply. Can you please advise how to navigate to this screen?

Currently we are unable to click on the designer studio as well.

Hi Gisela,

I have changed my access group to default PegaRules:Administrator and now it is working fine. I can do post upgrade activities.

update:

When i clicked on the Upgrade 'Show Menu' an confirmation message shown. Once click on the OK button the system hangs i don't see any confirmation message.

Also still i could see the error alert on click of Designer studio ,Launch, application etc. Even i am unable to save as a rule to work on the post upgrade activities. attached the screen shot.
