WstxUnexpectedCharException while parsing XML

HI

We are getting WstxUnexpectedCharException exception when we are parsing the data due to one invalid character.(Connect-Soap). can any one please let me know how to fix this issue.

Error Example:Caused by: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Illegal character ((CTRL-CHAR, code 21))at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [130,34]at

Try to see the raw response that is coming from your service to Pega to decide what in the response is not expected.

1. Try to trace the Connect-SOAP call checking SOAP messages in tracer events

2. You can even put debug on httpclient.wire.header and httpclient.wire.content loggers to print the raw http response

 

Based on the response, you can take next actions
