a work type records in a separate table

Is there a way we implement to persist all records of a particular work type (a case) only in a separate table other than the table mapped for the work pool?

Nistr replied there on my question: "This is currently not feasible. Work around is to make "A-B-C-Work-Object" also a class group but that is an application design decision to you need to make."
