Duplicate records with same pyID in Work Table
Hi All,
We have observed that there are duplicate records in our work table. Our application has been upgraded from CPM: 06-02 SP4 , CPMHC: 7.5 to the CS:07.01.04 , CPM HC 714. Does any one faced this issue in your application? Any idea what might be the cause and fix for this? Thanks for replying.

Upgrade shouldnt affect your work table data. Are you facing issue when you creating a new service case? or editing the existing service case?

Ok. We are not facing any issue in the front end. Wondering why duplicate records were there in the work table with same pyID. Ideally duplicate records should not be there.

I don't have an explanation. But normally I'd expect to see the pyID used as part of the pzInsKey.
And also I'd expect to see a unique index on the pzInsKey column.
Can verify whether you have a unique index on pzInskey?
If so, can you try comparing those two columns and see if you have any data that is misaligned, with something like: -
select pyid, pzinskey from <your work table>
where pyid != substr(pzinskey, length(pzinskey)-length(pyid)+1)
order by pyid
