Work Area Tab Issue

Hello Team,

I have observed below issue on PEGA Designer Studio ( PEGA 7.1.9).

1) I opened a Data Object from the Data Explorer and it's name is Product ( Data Type)

2) After that i tried to open SysAdmin---Product Rule instances but surprisingly it was pointing out my Data Object

3) Looks like we are checking against the Tab name here :(

Hi Subrahmanyam,

Thank you for posting the query. Can you click on the operator menu from the top right corner of the Designer studio and click on Preferences option from the menu and verify in the Preferences window, whether the 'Include tabs' check box is checked under the sub heading Designer studio navigation? If it is not checked, can you check the box and save the preferences and logout and relogin and open the rules as described in your query above and verify if the issue is still reproducing?

Hi Vijetha,

Thanks for your reply.It's not an issue with preferences-It's a product issue it seems, we are checking against the tab name when opening an item in the work area.So, if they are same the other one which we are trying to open is pointing to the already opened tab.
