Why do some flows allow you to record them to create a test case while others do not?

I have been going through our application and have created automated tests for our flows and I've noticed that some flows do not allow you to record them for the creation of test cases. On a couple of the flows the 'Save Test Case' button is greyed out and won't let me save the recorded flow. I was curious to know why some flows allow you to record and save and some do not. Thanks in advance!

Thank you Evita,

I saw this solution the other day, however I am running 7.2.2 and I could not find the blocks of code for the changes presented in the solution.  Is there a similar fix for 7.2.2?
