While Scheduling the Report using ReportEditor Tool, am receiving the mail with attachment of excel having 4MB it is working fine (excel contain limited 5000 records). But excel contain 10000 records it means size of excel sheet is more than 10MB

But is there any where configuration for limited size?
Size of the excel sheet is more so we are not receiving the mail. So please help on this. What is the approach?

Hi Ravi,
Are you sure that the email is not being blocked by firewall due to large size? Many organizations restrict email attachments to 10MB. Try to verify from logs if the file was generated successfully.

Hello,
If your report contains huge amount of data, then the excel file size will also get increased. This is expected behavior.
One alternative could be, instead of attaching the file use Embed link
- Embed link to output in notification: Select this check box to embed a link to thereport output, rather than the output file, in the email notification that subscribers receive each time that the report runs.

sorry for late reply.
Apart from this , another alternative could be to restrict it right at the Report level by defining max record. In that way your report itself will not pick more than the specified set of data .
