While downloading an attachment from a specification or Requirement rule, the name gets changed

While downloading an attachment from a specification or requirement, the name of the attachment gets changed with some date,time etc.

How can this be switched off?

Hi,

The time stamp comes from the rule file binary that got created when you uploaded the attachment. I don't see a way to change it.
