Where is the Excel stored when you select Embed link to output in notification in Report Scheduler

Hi,

1. Under Report Browser, one can schedule the report and have an option to send it as an embedded link where user can navigate and download. Where is this file stored on the server? Is this purged after sometime. Want to understand this so that there is not waste of storage on the server.
The email says that link will expire after 3 days.

2. Secondly, Report Scheduler only sends file via excel workbook format (xls). Is it possible to configure it to send in csv format. It reduces the file size by a huge amount, as we have observed.

Hi Bhagya,

I think this will be stored in the LLC cache(pega temp) which is where we can store it before you download it normally, but i am not 100% sure on this. May be need to check with some product specialists in this domain.
