Where can we find SLA processed instances
Where can we find SLA processed instances. we can see only broken and scheduled instances in System-Queue-ServiceLevelEvents class. Thank you

I believe the entries will be removed once it's processed from SLA Instances. However, you can check the Audit logs on each case to understand when Goal/Deadline processed.

If you want the queue item to be available after processing, set the pyRetainOnSuccess property on the queue item to true before the SLA Agent picks the item for processing.
