Where can I find audit log

Looking for an audit log file that is logged when accessed and contains the following information:

  >timestamp , username , connection source IP or hostname

 

Please tell me where the audit log file output.

Can you please check the  Log-SecurityAudit.pzSecurityAuditTrial RD which hold the login information and Host details. Seems it is showing the incorrect login attempt details. Please explore this class for your requirement.
