Where can I find Decisioning - Guardrails and best practices documentation?
Hello,
I'm going to run a new implantation related to pega marketing, the first phase of the project is based on event driven strategies but after that will deploy inbound policies (NBAA).
This is my second project, and I already have documentation and I'm used to pega methodology, but the best practices recommendations I have are related all of them to the release v6.2 (very different to the current version!), and I will appreciete if I can update the documentation I have with some of them related to the new version and event driven decisioning.

Also note that an event driven campaigns doesnt necessarily mean that ESM needs to be used. With ESM you can detect patterns across multiple events in a high volume event stream.
But if there is just a single event that should always trigger a campaign, then you can directly trigger a Pega Marketing campaign through a Marketing Event. See also the lesson on Marketing Driven by Real Time Events in the Sr Pega Marketing Consultant course.
