When using the OCR screen scraping feature, Robotic Automation Studio errors out. What causes this error?

I'm trying to use the OCR screen scraping feature that was included in Studio 8.0.1087, but Studio errors out. How do I resolve this?

By default, the OCR library writes to the ProgramData folder. If you do not have permission to access this folder, this error can occur. Check your permissions.
