How to use Pega Robotics Studio OCR Capabilities
I see the latest version of Pega Robotics Studio have the OCR functionality.
It will be helpful, if someone can share information which is enough to start OCR from Studio.

You must interrogate the outermost window of the application. Once you have that, then you can call the various OCR methods on that object (along with SendKeys) to accomplish your tasks.

Hi Sasnt,
I have an email application (Moxie) that we are unable to interrogate; we are not able to interrogate the outer layer of window too. Does this mean that OCR will not work for this application?
I have raised the SR [C52421] but the response time is very poor hence thought of checking here.

We need to interrogate with images -for OCR feature correct ? I am not sure interrogating outermost window application would help the reading the OCR Image data/ text from the image?
