When use group level eligibility in action logical condition has showing 'AND',how to change to 'OR'
Hi All,
We have defined few condition in group level and few condition action level eligibility.
But the issue is when you open the Action rule engagement policy tab, condition is showing as
Group eligibility AND action eligibility. But i have to update to Group eligibility OR action eligibility.
Can you please help me to update some one to change the condition.

Hey,
I think I would revisit your design of your engagement policies. The idea behind group level logic is that you apply it to all actions within that group (or none at all). It sounds like you want to apply your group level condition conditionally which is not really a good way of implementing your engagement policies.
I would suggest re-looking at your group level policies and assess whether they can be applied to all actions, if not move them to the action level (possibly using when rules - to add reuse).
