Disabled Channel in Treatment in Action in higher rule set version updating automatically in lower version of the action
Hi All,
I have created a Offer_A action and added email channel in treatment and Email Channel Enabled in RuleSet version 01-01-01.
Save as Offer_A action in to 01-01-02 version and Disabled the email channel.
When we verify Offer_A 01-01-01 version, Email channel is disabled.
Can you please help me to understand where it is updating?

Hi NarasimhaReddyA,
Did you disable Email option from Next best action designed --> Channel ?
If Yes, it will Prevent all Email Outbound.
Or
Did you made Email Treatment to Never(Active=Never)
Or
Since Offer is in 01-01-02 rule is still available it is pick Email Treatment (Disabled ) from higher available rules.
Make rule not available in higher RSV so that it will lower version in which Email treatment is enabled
