I have created a data table in say RSV XYZ: 02.01.92 in PEGA 6.1. Corresponding data class and ListView DataTableClassEditor is created by wizard in RSV XYZ: 02.01.92. Now I move all the rules of RSV XYZ: 02.01.92 to XYZ:02.01.84. Now I delete RSV XYZ: 02.01.92. But the class (created by wizard) is shown created in RSV XYZ: 02.01.92. So, if I move ListView DataTableClassEditor in another environment like SIT/QA, does it cause any issue as RSV XYZ: 02.01.92 is deleted?

The class rule is a special case, as it's not versioned. It is associated with the ruleset, but not a specific ruleset version. The field "created in version" on the class rule is used in documentation processes, and you have an unusual state, that could cause confusion, however if you don't actually delete the class rule (which I don't think happens if you just delete a specific RSV even if it's listed on the class rule.) your class will still exist and your rules should run properly. Documenting the application might show the deleted ruleset version for the class.
