when i am creating the service method i give a new activity name and clicking on the maginfy mirror icon so that it creates a new activity i am not able to do it i am getting the errot mentioned in the screen shot

As suggested by Phani, Please specify the Primary Page Class name in the Service tab of Service-SOAP rule. I tried in my local with and without class name. Faced the same issue without classname.
