when API taking time more than a minute, pega UI is stuck and not returning the control back
Hi Team,
1. we have a rest service call on button click.
2. Generally, service is taking around 5 mins to respond.
3. In rest connector, we had the timeout value for 5 mins.
4. On click of button, after around 1 minute, pega UI grayed out and the loading image keeps spinning.
5. Even after 5 mins of time, the UI is not enabled back and we are seeing the same loading image with all buttons and UI grayed out
any quick help would be appreciated.
