What's best strategy to migrate Spanish translation package from DEV to QA environment?
We used the Localization Wizard to export language package from Dev. Then translated and imported back to dev. Now what's the best way to apply the translation to QA environment? Do we have to repeat the same import and export process for QA? If yes, the challenge is, the exported fihe has different number of rows with Dev version, which is very hard to consolidate the changes.

once you are done using the localization wizard, it actually created a number of filed values for you.
So these rules are already part of your localization ruleset .
All you need to do is create a package of this ruleset and import it to other environment and all your changes will be imported there safely.
