What is the use of Organization default Access group configuration in Organization rule?
Hi Team,
After PEGA PRPC 7.2.2 upgrade, Extra one application showing in switch application option . The Extra one application access group mapped in organization rule. Its happened after the PRPC upgrades to 7.2.2 and 7.3. Earlier PRPC 7.2 version not happened.

The application which you are seeing in switch application tab is an default application with PRPC platform. For your information you can refer to this link in PDN.

Thanks for your reply.
When its added(Which version onwards added). I have verified the 7.2 its not coming.
What is necessary for this option. My question is Why before not added in the switch application itself.
Previous version 7.1.7, my Project organization rule have a specified access group configured in the org rule. But not listed on Switch application option itself. After upgrade 7.2.2 its showing.
If I don't want this can i remove the access group in the organization rule itself. Its make any issue?
Please help me on this.

I have checked in house, I could not see any extra application other than applications created by me.
Can you please attach the screen shots to understand the issue in more better way.

What is the version you have? and go to your organization rule and add the access group and check. Its happened 7.2.2 version.

I am working on a similar SR (for Pega 7.2.2) now. The issue is reproduced in house.
Per SME, this is the desired behavior and it is working as expected now.
Prior to 7.2 versions there is bug where the organizations access groups are not visible to operator which is fixed in Pega 7.2 and the behavior is corrected now.

The SR I am working on is SR-B74553 (for Pega 7.2.2). SME is still working on the investigation. We may provide a fix.
I will let you know if the hotfix is issued.

HI Muthu,
A HFix-37027 (for Pega 7.2.2) has just been released to fix this issue. You can make a request for it.
Please restart the server after installing the hotfix.

The current HFix-37027 is for Pega 7.2.2 only. The fix is not in Pega 7.3 version.
If you need a fix for Pega 7.3 too, please raise an SR to ask for porting it.
