I want to add a "Send back" user action, which act like an alternative flow, which gathers the comments from the reviewer and route the case back to the form-submitter. I did some research and reckon the "GoToPreviousTask" activity may be the way to go.

I tried to check either "previous entry-point" or "previous assignment" checkbox, but get "Previous assignment not found." error.

Then I tried the "Task Name" option, result in "Unable to get flow page" error.

What is a task exactly. Thanks
