What is pxOtherIOElapsed?

Hi,

On days of trouble im seeing high pxOtherIOElapsed times. This is defined as "Elapsed time accessing non-rule-resolved instances from database ".

Can someone explain what this means please? what does non-rule-resolved mean?

Pega have 3 kind of objects  rule,work,data .

here non-rule means retrieving work and data objects .

For pxOtherIOElapsed it's mentioned Includes elapsed time retrieving or saving work items, data objects, history instances, and assignments.
