In my work-object I have an embedded pagelist to store the linked customers. In order to always have the latest data, I used the "Refer a datapage" which refers a DP on thread level to lookup the customer using an API.

Now two questions pop up:

• What happens if I reopen my case and at that moment for some reason the API is out? Will I still see the last info that was on my embedded page? Or will properties become empty (what I obviously don't want)?
• Can I use the client properties (by defining a declared index) in reports?

Help appreciated as the documentation only handles the happy flow where your DP can always be updated if necessary.
