what is the different between AJAX container and dynamic container?

I think we can all do all the things from dynamic container so whats new in this. how it is lightweight ?

The Ajax container is a key feature for reducing the amount of UI being refreshed on the screen and makes a more interactive and consumer grade UI.

The AJAX container is a new type of dynamic container for documents such as work items, cases, and harnesses. The AJAX container has the same purpose as a dynamic container, except that the AJAX container is not tied to any one panel of a screen layout.
