What credentials are supposed to be used for downloading the Pega Logs in Pega Cloud 8.4.4

What credentials are supposed to be used for downloading the Pega Logs in Pega Cloud 8.4.4

 

When I try to download logs from Dev Studio, in a Pega Managed Cloud Environment, it challenges me with credentials. My question is what credential are required to be provided here and how/where do we get them?

@PriyaM30 Logs can be downloaded from Pega PDC for Pega Managed Cloud environment using the Pega MSP. Logs are available for 30 days on Pega PDC.
