the question is not very clear , you want to insert data into webpage / read from some page , ?3
In Pega Robotics , under Web adapter , all the required controls( elements ) can be interrogated( recorded individually ) , and then by automation , all the above are done
the web adapter is pretty powerful , and has huge features to be explored
