Web Adapter Interrogation Error: "Can't open process iexplore.exe in timeframe"
Hi,
While start interrogating web applications, I am getting this error after freshly installing OpenSpan 7.1. For windows application, everything is working perfectly but when I start interrogation for any web or universal web application, I am getting this error. Even the bull's eye can't be seen. It is launching the browser but then it is throwing the error: " Can't open process iexplore.exe in specified timeframe".

Hi,
Please try to upgrade to the lattest 7.1 build. Also, try disabling any antivirus on the machine to see if it is keeping OpenSpan from injecting into the application. If disabling your antivirus resolves the issue you will need to talk to your IT team to get OpenSpan whitelisted. If the issue percists please open a support ticket.
