Wdf01000- System Service Exception

Hi All,

I am getting below error on blue screen and system got restarted whenever I am trying to start server on my personal edition 8.5.1

Can someone please suggest me on fixing the issue. 

Error: Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, We're just collection some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

Stop Code - System Service Exception

What Failed - Wdf01000.

System Ram is 16 GB, Available HDD space is more than 500 GB, Processor is Core i5 8th Gen.

 

Note: PRPC Installation was successful.

Thanks for your reply, i am using Windows 10 pro.

my colleagues are also using the same configuration and version, but its working fine for them.

What can be the exact reason for that? i an not able to rectify it.
