Exception :Presence Service is Disabled

Presence Service is Disabled. To enable it use prconfig setting operatorpresence/enabled=true. It needs a server restart

Is it recommended to enable ?

Could any one please explain pros and cons if I set "prconfig setting operatorpresence/enabled=true"

should be enabled, which is default. Quite a few key features depends on that: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/release-note/operator-presence-record-tracks-disconnected-status-operators.

Do not any cons for disabling it unless it is part of troubleshooting.

Could you please clarify if we enable this in production ,wanted to make sure that is there any impact to performance / memory load due to this change.

Hi ,

 

1 .we have similar kind of issue .can anyone tell when operatorpresence/enabled/default gets enabled.What is the default value of this setting .

2. Does it get true on doing some changes in prconfig.xml ?

 

Please help on this .
