Way / Method to extract Pega clipboard using java code.
Hello there,
As a part of my project requirement I am looking for a way / method to pull out extract from pega clipboard using java code.
In a centralize infra will have java code encapsulated in a jar and based on a config file which will have primary id which may be a case id the code would do handshake with Pega clipboard and fill out other details in the csv.
To achieve above I am looking for an API / method / solution if some one has implemented in their project / work.
Any pointers which can help me to solve above stuff will be helpful.

I would consider using the Pega Rest API ("The Pega API") for this.

It will allow you to transmit Pega Clipboard Information (say for a Work Item) in JSON format - and you will need to create a Java Based REST Client in order to fetch the data.

@VenkatReddy - I'm not sure I follow your comment to this post - do you mean that you need order the JSON records back differently to the way they are brought back from the REST API ? I would have to double-check - but I believe we use dictionary structure (Javascript associative array: curly bracket format) non-ordered key/value pairs (rather than an ordered list format? (Javascript indexed array: square bracket format).
So what I mean is: the order in the serialized JSON format should not be treated as significant - since you will be pulling out values based on arbitary keys rather than a sequential index ?

When you say you wish to extract the 'Clipboard' - do you mean all the data you see when you click the 'Clipboard' link From the Designer Studio ; or do you mean in the general case - like (for instance) you want to retrieve the Clipboard Page that represents a Work Item etc. ?
