Hi you,
psst, yes, you! We need you!
At Pega we are committed to making our products better every day, so you can achieve what you came here for. For this reason, we are regularly conducting usability studies or run surveys.
And that's where you come in!
We are looking for people interested in decisioning, to participate in usability studies.
We run these regularly, and your participation can be in form of
- a formal study on a prototype we show you,
- or on the final product,
- or it can be as simple as a one question survey.
Are you interested?
If you like to help us shape the products you are going to work with in the future, you can leave a comment in the section below.
We'll hope to see you in one of our studies.
Best!
Bettina
FAQ’s to help you inform what usability studies are about
What is a usability study?
Usability studies help us make our products more human, engaging, understandable, and simpler to use. Usability testing is part of our product development cycle.
What if I indicate that I am interested but later I am not?
That’s completely fine. You are not committing to anything by indicating your interest now, and changing your decision later, and you are not obliged to anything either. We contact you before a study and ask if you would participate. Only when you agree you will get an invite then.
What are the benefits of usability studies?
The purpose of these studies is to make our product easier to use, decrease the amount of required training, and ensure features are designed in such a way that they map to what you are trying to accomplish.
