VMware Workstation Error: Failed to open virtual machine: Invalid header block: 391937358 != 45824

Hi,

when i was trying to run ova file in VMware iam getting below error. Did anyone come across this? Were you able to overcome the error? If so can you please let us know what needs to be done. Thank you.
