VM (User Registration) in RPA

Hi,

I have created the robo users as per instructions. Operator ID, access group, work group and work basket. But still i am seeing this robo list in management console and the processes are not triggering from RPA. Can some one help please.

Based on the above details, it seems to be Documentation approach which is not working and it's valid to create an SR for it.Please create an SR with all the details.

Hi Sreedhar,

 

Could you please provide the error logs. You will find the error logs in the Runtimelog.txt. Search with the keyword "Robotics".

Also on the other hand you can see the logs in the pega tool as well.

I will be able to help you out if you can provide the logs.
